Composition describes what the vial contains and in what quantity, written as it appears on the label. Where a product is a blend, each component is listed separately with its own quantity.

Volume refers to the fill volume of the vial as supplied. It is a measure of the contents, not an instruction of any kind.

A batch reference identifies the specific production run a vial came from. Quoting it when you contact us is the fastest way for us to find the paperwork held for that item.

Documentation describes what was produced and what was checked. It is tied to a specific batch, which is why a document with no batch reference on it tells you very little.

We do not summarise documentation into claims on product pages. If a document exists for a batch, we will send it to you on request so you can read it yourself.

We make no statement anywhere on this site that a product is approved, certified, pharmaceutical grade or clinically proven.

These are general, non-clinical principles about preserving material integrity. They are not instructions for use and they are not specific to any one product.

Temperature, light exposure and the number of times a container is opened all affect material integrity over time. Storage guidance printed on a label always takes precedence over general principles.

Containers that arrive damaged, unsealed or visibly compromised should not be used. Contact us and we will resolve it.
