Shipping and delivery.
How orders are processed, packed and delivered.
Delivery cost
Shipping is charged at a flat £5.00 per order, added at checkout and shown before you confirm.
Dispatch times
Orders are processed on working days. We will confirm your dispatch date by email once your order has been reviewed, and we will tell you straight away if an item is unavailable.
Packaging
Orders are sent in plain outer packaging with no product branding visible from the outside. Vials are packed to protect them in transit.
Delivery areas
We ship within the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK, contact us before placing an order so we can confirm whether we can deliver to your address.
Tracking and delays
Tracking details are sent by email when your order is dispatched. If a parcel has not arrived within the window we have quoted you, contact us with your order reference and we will chase it with the carrier.
Age restriction
Orders are accepted from customers aged 18 and over only. We may ask you to confirm your age before dispatch.
