Your cancellation rights, what we can accept back and how refunds are handled.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel any order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Email us with your order reference as soon as possible and we will confirm in writing.
Your cancellation rights after delivery
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Tell us by email with your order reference and we will send return instructions.
Condition of returns
Returned items must be unopened, with any seal intact, and stored in line with the guidance on the label. We cannot accept a return where a seal has been broken, because we cannot verify how the material has been handled once it leaves our control.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, unsealed or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and a photograph. We will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery costs, and we will cover the cost of any return.
Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we have received and checked a returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days.
How to start a return
Email hello@ataraxiapeptides.com with your order reference, the items concerned and the reason. We will reply with return instructions and an address. Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed.
