Where a batch reference and expiry are printed on a label, the same values are listed on the product page for that item.

General, non-clinical storage and handling guidance accompanies each product. It is guidance on preserving material integrity, nothing more.

Where documentation exists for a batch, it is provided on request by email rather than summarised into a marketing claim.

Prescription-only items cannot be purchased through this website. They are listed for reference and require an eligibility check.
Requesting documentation
Ask for the paperwork before you order, not after.
If you need the documentation held for a specific item or batch, contact us with the product name and, where you have it, the batch reference printed on the label. We will confirm what exists for that batch and send it to you directly. We do not publish documents we cannot tie to a specific batch.
